Owner Operators – Appliance Delivery & Installation (Independent Contractor)
RAS Logistics is expanding dedicated appliance delivery and installation operations in the Johnson City, TN market. We are actively seeking experienced Owner Operators with 26’ box trucks and liftgates to perform final-mile delivery and installation of high-value appliances for our retail partners.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering consistent daily routes, strong earning potential, and reliable volume for qualified teams. Ideal for experienced delivery professionals seeking stability, independence, and long-term growth within a high-demand market.

Carrier Support Programs
Insurance Program (BizChoice Partnership)
We offer access to a commercial insurance program through BizChoice to help reduce upfront barriers. No large down payment is required, and premiums can be deducted through weekly settlements, making it easier to get started quickly.
Truck Rental Program (Ryder Partnership)
Don’t have a truck? Through our Ryder partnership, qualified carriers can rent a 26’ box truck with liftgate for $475/week + $0.12 per mile, allowing you to start operating and earning immediately without owning equipment.
Requirements
- Active LLC (required)
- Active DOT & MC authority (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 26’ box truck with liftgate (owned or rented through Ryder program)
- Active commercial auto, general liability, and cargo insurance (or enrollment through approved program)
- Appliance delivery and installation experience preferred
- Ability to safely handle heavy appliances (75–300 lbs)
- Professional customer-facing communication skills
- Smartphone for routing, tracking, and delivery confirmation
