RAS Logistics is expanding dedicated appliance delivery and installation routes in the Grand Rapids/Kentwood market. We’re seeking experienced Owner Operator who carries teams with box truck and liftgate to deliver and install high-value appliances for our retail partners.
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity offering steady, dedicated weekly routes with competitive per-route settlements. Ideal for experienced delivery professionals looking for consistency and strong earning potential.

Carrier Support Programs:
Insurance Program — BizChoice: Don’t let insurance costs hold you back. RAS Logistics offers access to our commercial carrier insurance program through BizChoice — no down payment required. Premiums are deducted through weekly settlements, making it easy to get covered and get started without a large upfront cost.
Truck Rental Program — Ryder: Don’t have a truck yet? No problem. Through our partnership with Ryder, qualified carriers can rent a 26ft box truck with liftgate at a rate of $475/week + $0.12 per mile. This means you can start earning immediately without needing to own your own vehicle.
Requirements:
- Must have an LLC or Corporation established
- Active DOT & MC numbers
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Box truck with liftgate (own or rent through our Ryder program)
- Proof of commercial auto and cargo insurance (or enroll in our BizChoice program)
- Appliance delivery or installation experience preferred
- Ability to safely handle heavy appliances (75–300 lbs)
- Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills
- Smartphone for route management and delivery confirmation
Route & Service Area:
- Primary territory: Grand Rapids/Kentwood
- Dedicated daily appliance delivery and install routes
- Deliveries include: refrigerators, washers/dryers, dishwashers, ranges
- Services include: haul-away, installation, and customer instruction
Important – Independent Contractor Notice: This is a 1099 contract opportunity. Compensation is settlement-based (per-route/per-stop), not an hourly wage. Earnings vary based on stop count, route complexity, and install services.
