City Line Food Distributor is seeking a reliable and friendly Overnight Shuttle Driver with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to operate shuttle services between West Haven, CT, and Hudson. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring safe transportation during overnight hours. As a shuttle driver, you’ll be the key to helping passengers travel comfortably and securely along the route, all while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive a CDL leased (>26,000 GVWR) to transport and deliver food products. Required to unload and stage product at customer’s request. Pre trip inspections.
- Provide outstanding customer service. Maintain clean driving record. Collect payment on COD accounts.
- Obtain signatures for all deliveries. Maintain communication between office and customer.
- Follow DOT regulations including Pre employment, Random and Post Accident testing.
- Available Monday – Saturday (1 day off during the week and Sundays).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL Class B (airbrakes).
- Professional Delivery Driver Experience (6mos or more).
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Dependable, trustworthy and reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift/carry/move product with a hand truck
