Compensation
- $1,300 – $1,550 / week (weekly gross)
- annual $65,000-$72,000
- Paid weekly via direct depositRoutes & Home Time
- 48-state OTR coverage out of HOFFMAN EST, IL 60010
- Home every 3 weeks for 3 days

Job Responsibilities
- Operate a company-assigned Class A vehicle on otr routes throughout the lower 48
- Execute safe, timely freight pickups and deliveries in accordance with customer and company standards
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain regular communication with the dispatch team regarding load status, ETAs, and route adjustments
- Ensure full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Document and report equipment defects, incidents, or service delays in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years
- No DUI, reckless driving, or at-fault accidents in the past 36 months
- Current DOT medical examiner’s certificate
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening per 49 CFR Part 382
- Must be 21 years of age or older (federal interstate commerce requirement)
- Must not be currently enrolled in a DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
