Job Type: Full-time, Team OTR
Pay: $0.80 per mile (Team Split) – Average $2,000 – $2,500+ per week per driver

Job Requirements
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience: 12+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (OR 5 years of experience within the last 10 years).
- Endorsements: Doubles (T) Endorsement is required. * Don’t have it yet? No problem! You can obtain your Doubles endorsement during the background/hiring process, and we will provide the necessary training.
- Safety: Clean MVR with no major violations.
- Teamwork: Must be willing to run as a team (we offer partner matching for solo drivers).
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer units on OTR routes across the U.S.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.
