Overview
FX360 Trucking is a small, driver-focused refrigerated carrier running modern 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia with 2024+ Thermo King S700 reefers. We’re looking for professional CDL-A drivers to run mostly Midwest OTR/regional lanes with strong miles, solid support, and simple, transparent pay.
We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Southern Arkansas ⇄ Northern Arkansas states with consistent repeat freight designed to keep you moving every week and provide planned home time
LANE DETAILS
Primary Route: Northern and Southern Midewest States
Typical miles: 2,550–2,900 miles/week
- Turns: 3-5 Turns
- Freight: Refrigerated, food-grade, 50/50 Drop n Hook & Live Load
- Operations: Built around scheduled appointments and drop yard / relay support
- Monthly home time / Discussed upon interview.

Our fleet is spec’d for comfort, reliability, and uptime.
Tractors: 2022–2024 Freightliner Cascadia 126
- Trailers: 2024+ Thermo King S700 refrigerated units
- Warranty backing: EW-4 engine/aftertreatment coverage up to 750,000 miles
Percentage Pay: 23% of weekly linehaul revenue
- Consistent miles: typically 2,550–2,900 miles/week
- Revenue average .55 to .60 cents a mile guaranteed
- Weekly average minimum range: $1,375+ (with upside on strong weeks)
- Annual earning potential: $75,000–$92,000+
- Paid weekly + steady dedicated reefer freight
Responsibilities
- Safely run CDL-A reefer loads on dedicated/regional lanes
- Perform inspections and report maintenance issues
- Monitor reefer temp/set-points and protect food-grade freight
- Keep appointments, communicate updates, submit BOL paperwork on time
- Follow DOT rules, company policies, and customer procedures
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience with refrigerated trailers
- Strong knowledge of route driving and load & unload procedures
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment
