OTR Hotshot Driver (Non-CDL) – Miami, FL Jobs in Miami at Straight Mile Carrier
We’re hiring motivated OTR Hotshot Drivers (MUST BE BASED IN THE MIAMI, FL AREA) who are ready to work and grow with a fast-moving company.
Pay
- Non-CDL: $1,000 – $2,000/week
Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
- Age 28-35 preferred
- Valid Driver’s License (Class E Florida License)
- Clean driving record (NO ACCIDENTS OR TICKETS)
- Must stay OTR 3+ weeks/month
- Driving experience (hotshot preferred)
- Strong work ethic & good attitude
Responsibilities
- OTR driving across the U.S.
- Secure loads (chains, straps, binders)
- Pre/post trip inspections
- On-time pickups & deliveries
- Follow DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch
