OTR Coach Drivers
Coach Bus / Charter Bus driving experience for 35- 56 passenger Mini Coach / Motor Coach Buses.
Hiring experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Charter Drivers to join our team. This position requires drivers with charter/coach bus experience only — no truck drivers, please.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 35-56-passenger charter/coach bus while transporting passengers.
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and on time arrivals.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and passengers.
- Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation.
- Be able to work overnight.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement (P)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable charter or coach bus driving experience
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Willingness to travel OTR
- Professional appearance and positive, customer-service attitude
Salary:
- Day Rates vary and will be discussed by the hiring manager. $500 Sign-On Bonus: applicant must make it past 30 days of employment to be eligible for sign on bonus.
