- Job Type: Full-time, OTR (Over-the-Road)
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay: Up to $0.80 CPM (Based on experience and driving record)
- Main Terminal: Saint Charles, MO
- Additional Yards: Illinois and New Jersey

Home Time
We understand the importance of home time and offer flexible routing:
- East & Midwest Drivers: Minimum 2 weeks out $rightarrow$ 2 days home
- Western States Drivers: Minimum 3 weeks out $rightarrow$ 3 days home

Drive in comfort with our well-maintained fleet of 2020–2026 Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and Peterbilt trucks.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) preferred
- Must be willing to run OTR, safety-focused, and reliable
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned OTR routes
- Deliver freight on time and maintain schedule reliability
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comply with all DOT regulations and maintain accurate ELD logs
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and support teams
