Join our dynamic team as an Operator – Tow Truck and become a vital part of our roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely towing, recovering, and transporting vehicles using specialized tow trucks. Your mechanical expertise, customer service skills, and commitment to safety will ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle handling. Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and/or wheel lift tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic light duty roadside services (jump start, lockout, etc.)
- Secure vehicles onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and mechanical procedures.
- Assist with vehicle recovery towing, including accident scenes or breakdowns,
- Manage conflict situations professionally with customers or other stakeholders while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain detailed logs of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and incident reports as required.
- Support other team members with forklift operation or additional mechanical tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in towing and roadside assistance is highly desirable.
- Valid CA driver license with good driving record
- Outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics specific to truck drivers and car towing operations is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
