What You’ll Do

  • Plan, organize, and support daily transportation operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Work closely with the General Manager and team to maintain high service standards
  • Supervise drivers and support staff during assigned shifts
  • Assist with dispatch, scheduling, and real‑time operational adjustments
  • Ensure all routes operate on time and meet service requirements
  • Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies
  • Provide on‑ground support and guidance to drivers
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and follow‑ups
  • Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Assist in organizing team meetings, safety briefings, and operational updates
  • Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and operational records
  • Help manage workforce coverage, including shift changes and absences
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational planning
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and team‑oriented work environment
  • Assist with additional responsibilities or projects as requested

What You Bring

  • Experience in transit operations or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and guide a team
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams, along with general computer systems
  • Ability to manage operational challenges and make timely decisions
