Delivery Driver Amazon Prime Courier
We are looking for a hardworking, responsible leader to join our premier delivery team! We are looking for a self-driven manager who is reliable and willing to tackle any challenge while communicating across and inspiring and building a great team culture. No delivery experience required.
Our company partners with Amazon Prime to deliver packages to happy customers in the North Twin Cities Suburbs. We are a proud equal opportunity employer seeking reliable, safe, and self-motivated drivers who are customer focused and able to work with little supervision. Drivers report to the Amazon warehouse in Maple Grove, MN. We provide a uniform, company van, gas card, and phone to use for the day.

Responsibilities:
- Follow safety and quality standards on and off the road
- Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering
- Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery process and solve obstacles
- Navigate a variety of routes within our delivery area
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and care for company equipment
Requirements:
- MUST be reliable and punctual
- MUST be available to WORK at least 1 WEEKEND day per week!
- Legal to work in the US
- Good driving history (No CDL required)
- Be at least 21 years old
- Be able to lift 50 lbs (most packages are less than 5 lbs)
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions including snow, ice and rain
- Be able to have fun, smile, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to independently find solutions to occasional challenges – adapt and overcome

Compensation:
- Incentives and Bonuses for good performing drivers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.75 – $30.00 per hour
