Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations/Driver role based in Bathgate. Responsibilities include safely operating company vans to transport IT assets, ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with team members, providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups, and assisting in operational workflows such as inventory handling and organizing IT asset disposal.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to adhere to transportation schedules and timelines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- High level of reliability and punctuality
- Prior experience in IT logistics or technology asset handling is a plus
