Golden Bear Logistics is actively seeking experienced Class A CDL TEAM drivers based in the following States: NY, CT, MA, NJ, PA
NOTE: This is an Over-the-Road position

Compensation & Benefits
- $1,800 weekly minimum GUARANTEE per driver
- Weekly direct deposit (no exceptions)
- Safety Bonus: $200/month per driver
- On-Time Delivery Bonus: $100/week per team
- Quarterly Retention Bonus: $750–$1,000 per driver
- Fuel card & full operational support provided
Home Time
- Guaranteed home time every 2 weeks
- Flexible scheduling based on team needs
What You’ll Be Running
We prioritize efficiency, consistency, and high-earning opportunities:
- Long-haul OTR freight (1,000+ mile loads)
- Drop & Hook freight
- Dedicated lanes as performance builds
- Minimal downtime
Performance Expectations
- 4,000–5,500 miles per week
- 95%+ truck uptime
- Strong communication and on-time delivery performance
Minimum RequirementsLicense & Age
- Must be 23+ years old
- Valid CDL-A in current state of residence
Experience – The below requirements apply to both drivers.
- MINIMUM ONE YEAR OF OVER THE ROAD DRIVING EXPERIENCE. In the last three years.
- Must have driven within the last 90 days
- Experience with 46’–53’ dry van trailers required
Driving Record
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years. All other felony and misdemeanor charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- No serious violations in the last 12 months
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
- No DUI in past 60 months
- No positive drug or alcohol tests.
Employment History
- No termination for safety violations or theft
- No more than 4 CDL jobs in the last 12 months
- No more than 12 months unexplained unemployment (past 3 years)
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a road test
- Must meet all DOT safety and compliance standards
- Must have, or be able to obtain:
- Valid U.S. Passport
- TWIC Card
- Hazmat Endorsement (HME)
