Responsibilities
- Safely operate box, delivering furniture/appliance/packages across designated routes throughout the Houston area
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, dolly’s, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering items promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions when appropriate
- Follow route schedules accurately while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery driver experience or familiarity with route driving is highly desirable
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks involving moving and heavy lifting
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
