Duties
- Safely operate sedans or wheelchair minivan to transport clients to scheduled appointments and destinations
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing friendly and respectful customer service throughout each trip
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and healthcare providers to coordinate schedules and address any special needs
- Help to assist passengers with mobility devices or luggage, ensuring safety at all times
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to deliver dependable transportation services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in driving, sedans, minivans or similar commercial driving roles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; appropriate endorsements for passenger or commercial vehicles preferred
- Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with passengers and team members
- Ability to perform very little lifting safely when assisting passengers or handling equipment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and a caring approach toward passengers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $139.00 – $140.00 per day
