ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account based out of Lathrop, CA. Already have your CDL? No training contracts, no obligations – start earning $1,400-$1,500/week immediately. This is a beginner-friendly position with no experience minimums and no hidden fine print. You’ll run consistent lanes across California, Arizona, and Nevada with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook. Home daily – no nights away, no OTR.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $72,000 – $78,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 1,800 – 2,100 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- Home daily – back home every night
- Regional lanes across CA, AZ, and NV – no OTR, no overnight runs
- Same routes, same freight, same schedule every week
- Full-time, dedicated account
EQUIPMENT
- 2025 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth – newest trucks on the road
- Assigned truck – no slip-seating
- Automatic transmission, ELD-equipped, CARB compliant

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated local routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and California state regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 70 miles of Lathrop, CA
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply – no experience minimum
