Compensation Overview
Average Weekly Earnings: $2,000 – $2,500+
Average Annual Income: $96,000 – $120,000+

Driver Onboarding
New drivers receive support throughout the hiring and orientation process, including:
- Hotel accommodations during orientation

Primary Duties
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in a safe and professional manner
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch personnel and customer locations
Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to successfully complete required drug screening
- No more than two moving violations within the last two years
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Customer-focused attitude and professional communication skills
