CDL-A Truck Driver – Entry Level Welcome | OTR | 2 Weeks Out 2 Days Home

We are currently recruiting entry level CDL-A drivers for OTR routes out of Englewood, CO. Whether you are a brand new CDL holder or a driver with some experience already logged, this position has a spot for you. We have built this role around competitive earnings, steady loads, and a clear rotation – two weeks on the road followed by two days at home, every single cycle without exception.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting CPM rate of $0.60 per mile
- Weekly pay typically lands between $1,500 and $2,200 depending on miles completed and experience
- Annual earning potential ranging from $78,000 to $114,400
- Expected weekly mileage sitting between 1,500 and 2,500 miles
- A one-time $300 orientation bonus paid out upon completion
- Every Friday your earnings are deposited straight into your bank account via direct deposit
Home Time & Schedule
- Structured rotation of 2 weeks out on the road followed by 2 days at home – consistent every cycle
- Day shift and night shift assignments are both offered and available
- Some weekend freight runs may be required based on demand; holiday time off is requestable
- Drivers receive their full route details well ahead of time so planning ahead is always possible
Equipment
- Every truck in the fleet is a 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadia that is kept in top condition and always road ready
- Automatic transmission is standard across the entire fleet for a smooth and effortless driving experience
- Every load is 100% no-touch – all drivers need to do is get behind the wheel and drive
- All equipment goes through routine professional servicing and maintenance to stay in peak condition
Freight Details
- OTR routes based out of Englewood, CO covering all 48 states
- Freight flows steadily and consistently every single month of the year with no seasonal interruptions
- Drivers are given clearly structured lane assignments and have access to reliable and responsive dispatch support
Driver Responsibilities
- Lead all Class A tractor-trailer operations on every OTR run with an unwavering commitment to safety and professionalism
- Carry out complete and detailed vehicle inspections before setting out and after returning from every haul
- Maintain ELD logs that are fully accurate and strictly compliant with all applicable DOT regulations
- Double check that all cargo is loaded correctly and secured tightly before departing on every trip
- Provide dispatch with consistent, clear, and professional updates throughout the full duration of each and every run
Minimum Requirements
- A valid and active Class A CDL is an absolute requirement for all applicants
- Drivers who have recently graduated from CDL school are strongly encouraged to apply
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of submission
- A clean driving record that can be fully verified is required from every candidate
- Drug and alcohol clearinghouse record must show a completely clear status
- Every candidate must pass a DOT physical and drug screening before their employment begins
