We are actively filling CDL Class A driver seats out of our Philadelphia, Mississippi terminal. Philadelphia sits in Neshoba County on MS-19 – a quiet and underserved market with a strong manufacturing workforce and consistent freight demand running into Alabama, Tennessee, and Louisiana. If you want steady miles, no-touch freight, and a company that gets you home every weekend without exception – this is the position for you.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual earnings between $78,000 and $95,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,800
- Average weekly mileage: 2,300 – 2,500 miles
- CPM Rate: $0.65 – $0.75
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle
- Transport freight according to scheduled delivery times
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Experience Level: Trainees and Experienced Drivers
- Special Equipment: Dry Van and Reefer
- Endorsements: None required
- Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Good safety record and responsible driving habits
- Must reside within 50 miles of Philadelphia, MS
