Job Details:
- Position: Company Driver

- Equipment: Late-model automatic tractor-trailers
- Home Time: Every two weeks
Pay & Bonuses
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 – $1,400
- CPM: 0.55 to start
- Weekly mileage: 2,500 – 2,800 miles
- Short haul pay: $20/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- Stop pay: $15 per stop

Freight Handling:
- Mix of drop and hook, preload, and live load/unload
- No-touch freight
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21+ years old
- Clean driving record (minor violations OK)
- No SAP or DUI history
Note: Recent CDL graduates are welcome — no prior driving experience required beyond your CDL-A certification.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Drive dry van tractor-trailer on assigned regional lanes
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate with dispatch on trip progress and ETAs
- Handle freight safely — mostly no-touch loads
- Plan routes to stay on schedule and maximize miles
