CDL-A Truck Driver – Entry Level Welcome | OTR | Home Every Two Weeks

We are currently taking on entry level CDL-A drivers for OTR routes out of Odessa, TX. Whether you are fresh out of CDL school or already have some road time behind you, you are welcome here. We offer reliable freight, competitive weekly pay, and a home time schedule that brings you back every two weeks on a guaranteed and consistent rotation.
Pay & Benefits
- Mileage rate of $0.70 CPM
- Weekly pay ranging from $1,200 to $1,800 depending on miles run and experience level
- Projected annual income between $62,400 and $93,600
- Weekly mileage averaging between 1,800 and 2,200 miles
- $300 one-time bonus paid out upon finishing orientation
- Pay delivered straight to your bank via direct deposit every Friday
Home Time & Schedule
- Drivers come home every two weeks on a set and dependable rotation – no exceptions
- Day and night shift options are both available for all drivers
- Some weekend runs may be needed based on freight availability; holiday time off may be requested
- All routes and schedules are communicated to drivers ahead of time for easy and stress free planning
Equipment
- Every truck in the fleet is a 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadia maintained in outstanding condition and always ready to roll
- Automatic transmission across every truck in the fleet for a smooth and comfortable ride
- Every single load is 100% no-touch – just climb in and focus on the road
- All equipment undergoes regular and rigorous professional servicing to maintain peak condition at all times
Freight Details
- OTR routes based out of Odessa, TX spanning all 48 states
- Freight is steady, available, and flowing strong every month of the year with zero seasonal gaps
- Drivers are assigned to clearly organized and well established lanes with full support from a reliable dispatch team on every run
Driver Responsibilities
- Operate all Class A tractor-trailer assignments with an unwavering dedication to safety and professionalism on every OTR run
- Perform thorough and complete vehicle inspections before and after each and every haul
- Maintain ELD logs that are precise, current, and fully compliant with all DOT regulations at all times
- Make sure every load is correctly secured and ready to go before departing on each trip
- Keep dispatch fully updated with clear, timely, and professional communication from start to finish on every run
Minimum Requirements
- A current and valid Class A CDL is required – this is a firm and non-negotiable requirement for all applicants
- Recent CDL school graduates are warmly welcomed and strongly encouraged to apply
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of application
- A clean driving record that is fully verifiable is required from all candidates
- Drug and alcohol clearinghouse must show a completely clear record
- All candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug screening prior to their start date
