ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Lancaster, TX. Already have your CDL? No training contracts, no obligations — start earning $1,500–$1,600/week immediately. This is a beginner-friendly position with no experience minimums and no hidden fine print. You’ll run consistent regional lanes across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook.

PAY & COMPENSATION

• Annual pay: $78,000 – $83,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,600
• CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
• Weekly mileage: 2,100 – 2,500 miles
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Weekly home time — dedicated schedule, home every week
• Regional lanes across TX, LA, OK, AR, and NM — no OTR, no cross-country runs

EQUIPMENT

• 2025 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth — newest trucks on the road
• Assigned truck — no slip-seating
• Automatic transmission, ELD-equipped

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must reside within 100 miles of Lancaster, TX
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
• Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
