Pay & Incentives
- Weekly pay: $1,400–$1,600/week
- CPM rate: 60 – 70 CPM ( increased by 1 CPM annually max out in 10 years)
- Annual equivalent: $72,000–$83,000/year
- Miles: ~ 2,000 – 2,500 per week
Home Time
- Home once a week
- Day off typically includes Saturday or Sunday
- Both shifts Day and Night available
- Consistent scheduling based on freight availability

Dedicated regional freight operations are based out of Ocala, FL, with primary lanes originating from and servicing the surrounding Ocala, FL. All freight is 100% no-touch and drop-and-hook, ensuring efficient loading and unloading, consistent freight flow, steady mileage, and reliable weekly home time.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- 21 or older
- Entry-level drivers are welcome – 0 months of experience required
- Minor violations reviewed case by case
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on time
- Operate automatic tractor with 48’–53’ trailer
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
