CDL-A Local & Regional Truck Drivers – Auburn, WA.
We are hiring CDL-A local and regional drivers in and around Auburn, WA. Entry level or years behind the wheel – both are welcome here. Choose local routes home every night or regional runs home every week. Solid pay, reliable freight, and a schedule locked in before your first load is ever assigned. Pay
- $1,600 – $1,850 average weekly pay
- $83,200 – $96,200 estimated yearly
- $0.55 – $0.65 CPM depending on experience
- $0.01 CPM raise every 12 months – automatic, no negotiating
- $2,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days on the job
- Direct deposit every Friday
The Job
- Full-time local and regional positions out of Auburn, WA
- 100% no-touch, drop and hook freight – no unloading, no dock work
- Local drivers home every single night – no exceptions, no overnight stays
- Regional drivers home every week with a 34-hour reset – locked in before you leave the yard
- 5 to 6 days per week
- Local: 2,000 – 2,500 miles per week average
- Regional: 2,500 – 3,000 miles per week average
Where You Are Running
- Local lanes in and around Auburn, WA and the greater Puget Sound area
- Regional lanes through WA, OR, ID, and MT
- 300 – 500 miles per run average on regional
- Key stops: Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Portland, and Boise
- Monday through Saturday dispatch

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- 21 or older
- No experience required – entry levels welcome
- Minor violations reviewed case by case
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Drive your assigned CDL-A day cab on local or regional routes out of Auburn, WA
- Pick up and drop off no-touch, drop and hook freight on your assigned corridor
- Run your pre-trip and post-trip inspections every single day
- Keep your ELD logs accurate and stay within legal hours of service at all times
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards on every run
- Keep dispatch informed and stay in contact throughout your shift
