This role demands expertise in customs processes and the ability to keep our systems accurate and updated. Working Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM to 2 AM, you’ll play an essential part in dispatching and problem-solving, all while upholding the TransX values of teamwork, integrity, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update driver PTAs and order ETAs in live system
• Dispatch assignments and confirm loads for drivers
• Process customs clearance for cross-border shipments
• Enter immediate alerts for any operational disruptions
• Communicate comprehensive reports for operational continuity
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Strong asset: logistics or supply chain experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of trucking regulations and systems
