We are hiring motivated individuals to join our professional delivery and installation team — the Neu Delivery Pros.
This is a structured, performance-based role for individuals who want more than hourly pay and are motivated by measurable results.
We train from the ground up. No prior appliance experience required.

We do not operate as a basic delivery service. Our delivery team executes professional installations, protects customer homes, performs full operational testing, and actively earns 5-star reviews.

The Role
Neu Delivery Pros operate in 2-person teams and rotate responsibilities. Every team member is cross-trained and accountable for the full delivery and installation experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Professional delivery and installation of residential appliances
- In-home protection and quality standards
- Functional testing to ensure proper operation
- Accurate documentation and photo capture
- Clear and professional customer communication
- Safe operation of company delivery vehicles
This is a physically active, customer-facing role requiring professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
Compensation & Performance Model
Competitive Hourly Pay
Plus structured daily performance bonuses.
Our compensation model rewards execution and customer satisfaction.
Social Media Bonus (Per Delivery)
- $5 approved social media photo
OR
- $10 approved testimonial video
(Split evenly between both team members)
5-Star Review Bonus
- $10 paid individually when a customer leaves a 5-star review and mentions your name
Performance Expectations
Minimum acceptable performance:
50% of deliveries generating bonus opportunities.
Top Neu Delivery Pros consistently average:
70–80% bonus conversion rates.
Earnings Example (6 Deliveries)
At baseline (50%):
~$40 additional earnings per day
At 70–80% performance:
$55–$75+ additional earnings per day
High performers can earn $800–$1,200+ per month in bonus income on top of their hourly pay.
Your effort directly impacts your earnings.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently / 100+ lbs with equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
No CDL required.
