Helping Hands Medical Transportation LLC is seeking dependable, professional, and compassionate drivers to join our growing team. We provide safe and reliable non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for patients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare destinations.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- 30–40 hours per week
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling may be available
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments
- Assist wheelchair and ambulatory passengers as needed
- Operate wheelchair-accessible vans in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Provide courteous and respectful customer service to all passengers
- Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to safely operate wheelchair vans and secure mobility equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and assist passengers when necessary
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
