EZ Breezy Movers is a growing, locally owned moving company serving the Minneapolis area, and we’re hiring a Moving Team Lead to run our crews and keep every move smooth from the first box to the last.
As Team Lead, you’re the person our customers remember. You’ll lead a crew of movers, set the pace on the job site, and make sure every home and every belonging is treated with care. If you take pride in hard work, you’re great with people, and you like being the one others look to we want to talk to you.
What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate a crew of 2–4 movers on residential and commercial moves
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer on-site — set expectations, answer questions, and deliver a friendly, professional experience
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and boxes; properly wrap, pad, and secure items
- Walk each job before it starts and organize the plan so the crew works efficiently
- Complete paperwork, inventory, and payment/tip handling accurately
- Inspect the truck and equipment, and keep the crew on-schedule and safe
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of moving experience is ideal, but we’re open to hard-working entry-level candidates with a strong customer-service background
- 1+ year of college or higher education
- A positive, dependable attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no CDL required)
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to pass a background check (our crews work inside customers’ homes)
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis location
