Mover/Packer Jobs in Las Vegas at A Million Moves
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Mover/Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the careful and efficient packing, loading, and unloading of household goods. Most times you will work as part of a 2 man team to ensure that all moves are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional customer service.
(Responsibilities)
* Carefully and efficiently pack household items, furniture, and other belongings using appropriate packing materials if needed (boxes, bubble wrap, blankets, etc.).
* Properly load and unload items onto and off of moving trucks, ensuring the safe and secure placement of all goods.
*Disassemble and reassemble basic furniture items as needed. * Safely operate hand trucks, dollies, and other moving equipment.
*Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient move.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
*Inspect items for any pre-existing damage and report it to the team leader.
* Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure the successful completion of each move.
(Qualifications)
* Proven experience in moving and packing (preferred but not always required).
* Ability to lift and carry heavy items repeatedly throughout the day.
* Strong physical stamina and endurance. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* You will be on call, and contacted as jobs become available. No consistent clock in/clock out time but consistent jobs available daily.
