Your Responsibilities:
- Greet every client with professionalism, friendliness, and energy – you’re the face of Braylor!
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
- Ensure the moving truck is stocked with all necessary materials: receipts, safety equipment, marketing supplies, etc.
- Make smart, on-the-spot decisions during moves (e.g. what to recycle, donate, or dispose of; how to pack/load a truck efficiently).
- Support and help train new team members in Braylor’s core values and daily operations.
- Minimize mistakes that can lead to damages, injuries, or unhappy customers.
- Stay in touch with your supervisor throughout the day for any updates or new assignments.
What You Bring:
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- A passion for helping others and delivering world-class customer service.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Dependable transportation to and from work.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
