Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an MEP Technician with a valid driving license. The MEP Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Key responsibilities include regular inspections, diagnosing issues, performing corrective maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Additionally, the role may require travel to different sites as part of the job duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Installation, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC, Electrical Circuits, and Plumbing Fixtures
- Knowledge of Safety Standards and Compliance Regulations
- Ability to work with Diagnostic Tools, Technical Manuals, and Equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driving license, with the ability to travel between client sites
- High school diploma or certification in MEP-related fields (preferred)
- Experience in Facility Management Services or a similar industry is an advantage
