Shared Medical Technology is seeking a dependable and skilled Mechanic / CDL Driver to join our growing team. This unique role combines vehicle and equipment maintenance with transportation responsibilities, helping ensure our mobile medical units and equipment are operating safely and efficiently for the patients and communities we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles, trailers, and mobile medical units.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment meet safety standards.
- Transport mobile medical equipment and units to customer locations using CDL vehicles.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and transportation records.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and general operational support.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred).
- Experience with vehicle maintenance, diesel mechanics, trailer repair, or related mechanical work.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent safety record and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
