Manage ground transportation services effectively to ensure seamless logistical operations. This role includes overseeing driver activities, vehicle maintenance, and guest coordination.
In the role of Manager of Ground Transportation Services, you will oversee all aspects of logistical operations for transportation. This includes managing the scheduling of drivers, ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles, and coordinating guest movements including airport and hotel services. You’ll also drive as needed and assist in logistics for special projects related to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scheduling and driver duties for transportation
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and insured
• Coordinate guest logistics from arrival to departure
• Create checklists and operational policies for transportation
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities as directed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Valid USVI driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent ability to communicate and work collaboratively
• Capability to work independently and manage heavy tasks
Lead the management of ground transportation services to provide excellent logistical support.
