Position responsible for all equipment repairs performed by Keller mobile service trucks and any outside repair vendors. All Mobile Technicians will report to the Maintenance Coordinator, Dedicated Services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all repairs and Preventative Maintenance (PMs) for equipment within the Dedicated division using Keller mobile service technicians and partner vendors.
- Report on outside repair downtime and utilize vendor relationships.
- Ensure efficient utilization of mobile service techs across both Truckload and Dedicated divisions.
- Track and schedule all DVIRs from dedicated sites.
- Maintain all outside vendor relationships.
- Ensure constant communication flow from vendor to driver managers.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with site managers to review PMs and repairs.
- Source repair vendors for new site start ups.
- Ensure minimal downtime by following up with vendors and closely monitoring repair status.
- Ensure accurate data entry into maintenance software across the entire team.
- Provide Legendary Customer Service to drivers through all team members.

Special Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of truck maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
