HRify.ae is currently hiring an experienced Logistics Manager for one of our partner companies operating in the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and solid experience in the construction transportation sector.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of UAE logistics and transportation regulations
- Proven experience in construction and heavy transportation operations
- Experience in recruiting and managing professional drivers
- Ability to handle fleet operations and daily logistics activities
- Strong network and relationships with construction companies and project teams
- Excellent operational and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency (Arabic is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily transportation operations
- Handle driver recruitment and coordination processes
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities for construction projects
- Maintain communication with clients and partner companies
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation and safety regulations
