- Freight: 100% Intermodal chassis/containers. 50% drop & hook, 100% no-touch.
Compensation & Full Activity Pay
- Mileage Rate: $0.48 – $0.53 per mile.
- Drop & Hook: $28 per stop.
- Live Load/Unload: $50 per stop.
- Hourly Exception Pay: $20 – $25/hr for detention, rail delays, and breakdowns.
- Training Pay: $250/day new hire training pay to get you up to speed.

Requirements
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience (we train on rail).
- Location: Must live within commuting distance of the Minneapolis yard.
- Endorsements: Hazmat optional but reimbursed 100% if obtained.
