Job Overview
Fuller Paving is a family owned company doing business for over 30 years, Offering asphalt paving services from private driveways and parking lots to City and County roads. Newer trucks all with automatic transmissions. Start and end your work day at the same location. Company offers beneficent such as medical insurance and 401 K after probation period has ended.
Duties
- Operate trucks in safe manner delivering equipment to project locations.
- Load and unload equipment when neccessary
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license
- Familiarity with driving straight trucks, flat bed, Dump truck, training provided when needed.
- Strong ability to load & unload freight safely
- Excellent route planning and navigation skills for efficient local deliveries
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards (DOT compliance)
- Ability to handle freight securely on various truck types while adhering to safety protocols
