Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled CLASS-A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting Grain and Feed safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage loading and unloading (Dumping) tasks effectively. Must be able to sleep in the truck when needed.
Duties
- Operate a variety of equipment, including Hopper Bottom, End Dump, & Dump Trailer ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured for transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle/equipment to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues or delays during transit.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
- Skills
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a valid commercial driving license (CDL).
- Strong knowledge of truck driving regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks/equipment.
- Experience with load unloading procedures and equipment operation.
- Excellent navigation skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180.00 – $275.00 per day
