Duties
- Safely operate light-duty tow trucks, including flatbed models, to recover and transport vehicles of various types and sizes.
- Assist customers by providing exceptional roadside support, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as dollies or straps, ensuring secure transportation.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to identify vehicle issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of all service calls, vehicle movements, and operational activities for record-keeping purposes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and emergency responders to coordinate timely assistance.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience driving tow trucks preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including manual transmissions and basic automotive repair skills.
- Experience with automotive diagnostics and familiarity with flatbed tow trucks or similar equipment.
- Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate tools; mechanic experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.

Pay: $3,000.00 – $3,500.00 per month
