Position Overview:
As a Junk Removal Crew Member, you’ll help customers by removing and hauling away unwanted items from homes, offices, and job sites. You’ll represent our company with professionalism and care while working in a team-oriented, physically active environment.
The workday begins at 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with consistent overtime hours available every week — and yes, you’ll have your weekends off.
Important to know: While this is a hands-on job involving lifting and loading, a significant portion of the workday is spent commuting between jobs in a company vehicle, giving you built-in time to rest between job sites. You’ll stay active and engaged without being physically on your feet the entire shift.

Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and unload unwanted items and debris safely
- Assist driver in navigating company trucks to job sites
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal
- Maintain a clean truck and organized tools
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Physically fit and injury-free, with the ability to safely perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to arrive at work on time every day
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a strong team player
- Consistent track record of showing up for scheduled shifts on time
- Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
- Clean appearance and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Start time: 7:30 a.m.
- No weekends — we are closed Saturday & Sunday
- Consistent overtime available weekly
