  • Move trailers and other equipment around the yard and between staging locations “`{=html}

  • Ensure that trailers are properly positioned for loading and unloading “`{=html}

  • Assist with loading and unloading of trailers “`{=html}

“`

  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain its safe operation, identifying and reporting any mechanical or electrical issues that require attention. “`{=html}

“`

  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized yard “`{=html}

“`

  • Communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient operations “`{=html}

“`

  • Recording daily trailer locations and reporting to supervisor. “`{=html}

“`

  • Ensure proper cargo securement procedures are followed based on company policies. “`{=html}

“`

  • Operate trucks safely, following all traffic laws and adhering to company policies and procedures. “`{=html}

“`

  • Adhere to safety protocols, such as wearing seat belts and personal protective equipment when required. “`{=html}

“`

  • Communicate courteously with other drivers, pedestrians, and road users. “`{=html}

“`

  • Drivers are required to maintain their trucks in a clean and organized condition. “`{=html}

“`

  • Secondary responsibilities will include job tasks supporting the

  • HS diploma/GED preferred “`{=html}

  • 3+ years working experience as a truck driver required. “`{=html}

“`

  • Valid Class A CDL required. “`{=html}

“`

  • Tanker endorsement preferred. “`{=html}

“`

  • OTR flatbed experience required. “`{=html}

“`

  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles required. “`{=html}

“`

  • ELD (Electronic Logging Device) experience required. “`{=html}

“`

  • Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) “`{=html}

“`

  • Advanced knowledge of truck maintenance and repair, including identifying and reporting any mechanical or electrical issues “`{=html}

“`

  • A proven track record in safety excellence is required. “`{=html}

“`

  • Adheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization. Notify management immediately of any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or injuries. “`{=html}

  • Ability to read and interpret load manifest “`{=html}

  • Balance and stand on a ladder with three points of contact for extended periods of time **Requirements** HS Diploma/GED preferred. 1 year of experience in material handling equipment (forklift, crane, etc.) preferred. WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred. OSHA10 certification preferred A proven track record in safety excellence is required.
