Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery;
Direct delivery staff to ensure timely order delivery;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained and vehicle inspections completed;
Assist on front counter and in backroom duties as needed
