Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of doorhangers and documents. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various routes while adhering to safety regulations. As a Courier inspector, you will be responsible for representing our company positively while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer signatures.
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, including operating manual transmission vehicles when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients during the delivery process.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Courier or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- valid driver’s license required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.
