Job Description:
We are actively hiring Hotshot Owner Operators to run under our authority. If you have your own truck and trailer and want consistent freight, strong pay, and full dispatch support , this is a great opportunity.
We offer one of the best pay structures in the industry with 85% of the gross going directly to the driver.
- What We Offer:
- 85% of Gross Revenue (15% Company Fee) Weekly Payments (ACH / Zelle) Average Take Home: $2,500 – $3,000 per weekAverage Rate Per Mile: $1.80 – $2.20 Dedicated Dispatcher (we handle loads & negotiations)
Consistent Freight (No cheap loads)No Forced Dispatch
What We Provide:
- MC & DOT Authority, Commercial Liability & Cargo Insurance, Dispatch & Back-Office Support, ELD Setup Assistance and Decals for your truck
Freight Details:
Loads primarily out of Texas (Laredo, Houston, etc.)Running lanes across Midwest & Southeast
- General freight:
- Palletized goods, Building materials, Generators, Equipment & vehicles
- Schedule:
- Monday – Friday Home on weekends (depending on routes)Option to stay out longer and earn more
- Requirements:
Own Truck (2500/3500)Own Trailer (Non-CDL Hotshot setup preferred – 35+5 / 40ft)Valid Driver’s LicenseMust be ready to start ASAP
