We are seeking a dependable, proactive HGV driver for our busy Chalford branch.
- Main duties include delivering building materials locally, maintaining vehicles, assisting with loading/unloading, and serving customers.
- Candidates must hold a valid Cat C/C1 licence for at least 2 years, digital tachograph cards, and a current CPC licence. HIAB licence is a plus but not essential.
- Work involves a 45-hour week Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on rota, offering a salary from £31,500 to £33,000 per year.
- Benefits include company pension, employee discounts, on-site parking, and ongoing CPC and optional HIAB/forklift training.
- Key responsibilities encompass safe driving, vehicle maintenance, paperwork completion, customer service, and assisting yard operatives. Experience in local deliveries is preferred.
