We are seeking an experienced HGV Cover Driver to provide flexible driving cover for Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles, including collections, deliveries, and trunking shifts at our Exeter depot. This full-time role offers £16.00 per hour plus enhanced rates for trunking, a £1,000 joining bonus (paid in two installments), and 5.6 weeks’ holiday. The position involves multi-drop deliveries, vehicle checks, pallet handling, and adherence to driver hours and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a valid Class 1 license, current CPC, and experience with pallet trunking and deliveries. Strong communication, reliability, and flexibility for variable shifts are essential.
