We are seeking a reliable HGV 2 Driver for a small family-run business based in Gosport, PO12 4UZ.
- Responsibilities include loading/unloading vehicles, planning routes, maintaining communication with customers, and performing vehicle inspections.
- Operate trucks safely, follow schedules, and keep accurate delivery records.
- Qualifications required: valid CDL with a clean record, experience as an HGV driver, knowledge of traffic laws, and ability to operate manual trucks.
- The role demands strong communication skills, independence, physical stamina, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Full-time position with pay from £14.00/hour, providing loading and other necessary training.
Work is in person, with most collections local within the SO and PO areas. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
