Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and commercial trucks to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. experiance running crushing and screening equipment a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks with precision and safety.
- Transport construction materials and equipment between sites efficiently using commercial-grade trucks such as low-boy, dump, roll-off.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Assist with construction site activities such as, paving, grading, and site preparation to support project timelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance schedules, and transportation records.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators , dozers, loaders, backhoes.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on heavy machinery.
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Strong understanding of construction processes involving grading, paving, excavation, and material hauling.

Pay: $25.47 – $33.00 per hour
