Golf Cart Service Technician / Delivery Driver – Venice Location Opening Soon Jobs in Venice, FL at King Carts
King Carts is looking to hire a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Service Technician / Delivery Driver for our new Venice, Florida location opening in June.
We are a fast-paced golf cart dealership specializing in Sales, Service, Parts, Accessories, and Rentals. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong mechanical ability, and represents the company professionally when interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair golf carts and related systems
- Install accessories including lift kits, wheels/tires, sound systems, LED kits, rear seats, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and battery service
- Prepare new and used carts for delivery
- Pick up and deliver golf carts to customers safely and professionally
- Load and unload golf carts properly using trailers
- Keep service area clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and timelines
- Assist with rental fleet maintenance and readiness
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service at all times
Requirements
- Mechanical experience required (golf cart, automotive, powersports, marine, or similar experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be comfortable towing trailers
- Ability to lift heavy parts/accessories when needed
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic computer/phone skills preferred
- Welding, fabrication, or electrical experience is a plus
